How do I exchange my item(s) for a different size?

How do I return my item(s) for a refund?

  • There is a $10 return fee per item as we print all of our apparel on demand. 
  • You have 30 days from date of purchase to return your items.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • The refund will go back onto the original method of payment.

  • There is a 20% restocking fee per item. 
  • You have 30 days from date of purchase to return your items.
  • Items must be in new condition in their original packaging.
  • The refund will go back onto the original method of payment.

Please Note:  Customer pays return shipping on returns and MUST PROVIDE us a Tracking Number. The USPS has the best rates in our experience, but you can ship back to us any way you like.

What do I do if I received the wrong item or my item is defective?

If this happens, we are truly sorry.  Please email us at support@dadsareawesome.com and tell us your order number and how we messed up.  Pictures are always helpful.  We will take care of you and cover all costs of getting you the correct item.  We will pay for your shipping to send the incorrect one back to us.  We are human and do make mistakes.  We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!

    Shipping

    • How much is shipping?
      • This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to.  Our standard US shipping cost is $5 unless you order a large amount of weight.  On FREE promotional items shipping ranges from $6.95 - $9.95 as we are shipping from our different warehouses overseas.
    • Do you ship internationally?
      • We currently do not offer international shipping.  This is something that will be available in the near future. 
    • How do I track my package?
      • You can also reach out to our customer support desk at support@dadsareawesome.com to ask questions anytime.  
    • How long does it take for an order to arrive?
      • This depends on the product ordered.  Most of our t-shirts and apparel products are printed on demand.  It typically takes only a few days to get your shirt printed and shipped out.  Extremely popular designs can cause a 1-2 week delay in printing.  Once shipped, it only takes your order to arrive within a few days.  We currently have print shops throughout the US. 
      • You’ll receive an email & tracking number when your order has shipped.
      • For other items like free promotional items please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery depending on demand.
      • If you're still not sure, just email us.  We're happy to help.
    • I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
      • Since we print on demand and we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. 

    Shirts & Apparel

    • What type of t-shirts do you print on?
      • We print on the finest, softest, comfiest tees... 
    • How are your shirts printed?
      • We use a world class infrastructure for screen printing, DTG printing, and sublimation.  The style of printing is determined by the product you purchased.  Our primary print style is DTG. Direct to Garment (DTG) is a method where a printer directly applies the ink onto the t-shirt with inkjet technology. It involves a special printer, which prints the ink directly onto the garment in the desired design. DTG uses specialty inks, which are absorbed by the fibers of the garment.  This allows high quality and colorful designs.

    NAOD Membership Cancellations

    You may cancel your NAOD membership at any time. All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to the following email address:

    If you do not hear back from us within 48 hours, please reach out again and get confirmation from us that we did receive your request to cancel.

    If a customer requests a cancellation for their recurring billing product, no future rebills will be charged to their account. Keep in mind, a cancellation will not generate a refund…it will only stop any future rebills.

    IMPORTANT:

    Simply “unsubscribing” from a NAOD member emails DOES NOT cancel your membership as we get no notification that you have done that, and in some cases may not be a members intent.

    REFUND POLICY FOR NAOD MEMBERSHIP:

    We do not offer refunds for monthly subscription payments.
